Meeting with the Hong Kong SAR Government

In a private meeting with the Honorable James Henry Lau Jr., Hong Kong SAR Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, WAIFC leaders discussed joint activities in 2020, e.g., in FinTech.
The Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council became a WAIFC member in 2019.
James Lau explained the priorities of the Hong Kong government in financial services and stressed his support of closer collaboration between financial centers via the WAIFC.
