Hong Kong's Financial Services Development Council, in collaboration with Friends of the Earth (HK), will co-host "Hong Kong's Drive Towards Green and Sustainable Development" event at COP28.
This marks a milestone as the first non-government representation from Hong Kong at the China Corner, underscoring the city's commitment to global environmental preservation and financial sustainability. The event, featuring insights from Mr Plato Yip and Mr Daniel Fung, aims to showcase Hong Kong's achievements, including significant progress in green finance and innovative initiatives such as tokenized green bonds, positioning the city as a global hub for sustainable investment. The event will be streamed online as well.
